Advertisements to the Selling a Horse website will be accepted subject to the following main conditions:-

1)  We reserve the right to deactivate login details should it be deemed necessary, through the placement of inappropriate, misleading, or dishonest advertisements.

2)  All advertisements shall be legal, truthful and honest.

3)  We reserve the right to omit any advertisement.

4)  It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the Australian Trade Business Act; Competition and Consumer Act 2010 as set by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) www.accc.gov.au. People who seek to sell goods, through the course of business, are to make it clear by using the word Trade.

5)  We are in no way to be held responsible for misinformation and untruths as to title, ownership and or misrepresentation.

We reserve the right to alter these T & C's at any time. By registering as a member of this site, Selling a Horse, Private or Breeder, you agree to abide by the above Terms and Conditions at all times.

Data Protection

Your data will never be used, lent, loaned or sold to anyone outside of the Selling a Horse organization unless we are required to do so by Law. We take your privacy very seriously and have taken all steps we can to protect it as such.

Use of this website falls under the legal jurisdiction of Australia and its states.

The domain name is used and owned complying with all legal policies set by the .au Domain Administration (auDA)  www.auda.org.au
